Receptionist was not really welcoming and it seem he didnt care about our presence at all. Also, double bad was really small, barelly for two people, but we were told this is their hotel standard.

Surprisingly great hotel with above-average facilities, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a well-equipped bar. Convenient location near the S-Bahn and university, making it ideal for business or scientific visits. Easy parking and access to public transport.

You should have maps of the surrounding for walkers. The one you had was useless.

Free Internet access. Free access to sauna available. Very decent buffet breakfast included in price. Free parking facilities available - a small parking lot as well as an underground garage that was accessible with your room key.

My room was located near a relatively busy road and the window wasn't much of a sound barrier, hence, it was a bit noisy when cars went by and I had to keep the window closed at night. And, while the Internet access was free, the access provided via a keyboard and the TV screen was very poor: slow, akward to navigate and very poor display quality with small text practically unreadable. The latter shouldn't be a problem, though, if you connect your own laptop via the Ethernet connection provided.
